Guys, has anyone ever had to constantly put things off? I seem to understand that I need to do work or housework, but every time I find “more important” things to do — watch a video, scroll through social networks, and so on. It’s especially hard to get going in the evening — I just don’t have the strength. In the morning, I think that I’ll do everything in the evening, and then I procrastinate again. I’ve already started to worry that this is affecting my productivity and self-esteem. I want to figure this out. Maybe there are some really working methods, apps, or personal tricks that help?
